"The answer to a crisis pregnancy is to eliminate the crisis, NOT the pregnancy."
- Jeannie W. French

Not every pregnancy is filled with joy, love and expectancy. For many, it is a time of shame, guilt, despair and confusion. Not knowing where to turn or who to turn to can lead women towards believing that abortion is their only option.

The Staggering Truth

"It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so you may live as you wish." - Mother Teresa

On average, women give at least 3 reasons for choosing abortion:

3/4 say that having a baby would interfere with work, school or other responsibilities.

About 3/4 say they cannot afford a child.

1/2 say they do not want to be a single parent or are having problems with their husband or partner (AGI).

Only 12% of women included a physical problem with their health among reasons for having an abortion (NAF).

Only 1% (of aborting women) reported that they were the survivors of rape (NAF).

There have been more than 53 million abortions performed in the United States since Roe v. Wade was decided back in 1973.

When you total up all forms of abortion, including those caused by the abortion drug RU 486, the grand total comes to more than 1 mil. abortions performed in the US every single year.

According to Pastor Clenard Childress, approximately 52 percent of all African-American pregnancies now end in abortion.

One very shocking study found that 86% of all abortions are done for the sake of convenience.
